Strict No-Refund PolicyAll sales are final.Due to the nature of our products — digital content, aesthetic art, educational materials, live sessions, coaching, memberships, and exclusive experiences — we do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, discounts, or partial reimbursements under any circumstances, including but not limited to:- change of mind
- lack of time
- perception of subjective value
- personal circumstances
- insufficient motivation
- disagreement with content
- sensitivity to erotic or aesthetic materials
- inability to access the platform due to your personal technical issues
- dissatisfaction after content was accessed
- misunderstanding of product description
3. Digital Access = Final SaleA refund cannot be issued after:- access to the digital product is granted,
- login or download is made available,
- a link to any content is sent,
- a coaching session is scheduled,
- event access is delivered (including online events).
Access = Consumption = Final sale(according to Russian law, EU Directive 2011/83, and global digital goods regulations).4. Subscriptions & MembershipsSubscription payments (monthly/quarterly/annual) are non-refundable.You may cancel future renewals at any time.Already processed payments are not returned.5. Coaching & Personalized ServicesAll coaching, mentoring, 1:1 sessions, and personalized programs are non-refundable.Rescheduling may be offered at the Company’s discretion but is not guaranteed.6. Event TicketsTickets for online or offline events, workshops, retreats, and performances are non-refundable.If you cannot attend, the ticket may be transferred to another person only upon prior written approval from the Company.Approval is not guaranteed.7. Payment Processing & Third-Party SystemsFor payments processed via:- T-Bank acquiring (Russia)
- CloudPayments (international cards)
- PayPal Personal (voluntary payments)
- Destream (donations)
- Crypto payments (USDT, BTC, ETH or others)
the following applies:Crypto payments are final and non-refundabledue to blockchain irreversibility.PayPal personal payments are not subject to Return of Goods claims.Destream donations are voluntary and non-refundable by default.8. Wrong Purchase or Duplicate PaymentIf you made a duplicate payment or an evident technical error occurred on our side, you may request a review.Refund for duplicate transactions is issued only if the purchase was not accessed and only upon confirmation from our payment provider.This review is manual and may take 7–20 business days.9. Chargeback PolicyInitiating an unjustified chargeback is considered fraudulent activity.In case of a chargeback, the Company will submit:- proof of access granted
- delivery logs
- IP logs
- device data
- communication records
- screenshots of product activation
- a copy of this Policy and your acceptance
We reserve the right to:- deny future purchases,
- block access,
