1. General Conditions
This Payment Policy (“Policy”) governs all payments made on or through the Website operated by Individual Entrepreneur Catrin Ray (“Company”, “we”, “us”).
By making a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted this Policy.
All sales are final.
All payments are made voluntarily and intentionally.

2. Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following payment options:
2.1 T-Bank Internet Acquiring (Russian Federation)
Payments made in Russian rubles by Russian-issued bank cards.
These transactions are processed according to the rules of the Russian payment operator.
2.2 CloudPayments (International Cards)
Payments made by international bank cards in foreign currencies.
CloudPayments acts as the payment gateway and may request additional verification (3DS, SMS code, etc.).
2.3 PayPal Personal
We may accept voluntary payments via PayPal Personal.
Such payments are treated as voluntary contributions and do not fall under the consumer return rules of goods or services.
2.4 Destream Donations
Destream payments are treated as donations, not purchases.
By using this option, you acknowledge that donations are non-refundable.
2.5 Cryptocurrency Payments (USDT, ETH, BTC or other supported assets)
Crypto payments are final and irreversible due to the nature of blockchain technology.
By choosing this payment method, you accept that you are responsible for sending the correct amount, to the correct network, and to the correct wallet.

3. Currency and Additional Fees
3.1 Currency
Prices on the Website may be displayed in Russian rubles, U.S. dollars, euro, or other currencies.
The actual charged amount may vary depending on:

your bank,
currency conversion rate,
international processing fees.

3.2 Bank Fees
Your bank or payment provider may:

charge international transaction fees,
charge conversion fees,
decline transactions at their discretion.

These fees are outside our control and are your responsibility.

4. Payment Confirmation
A payment is considered completed when:

the transaction is successfully processed, and
a confirmation (email, invoice, transaction ID, or blockchain hash) is generated.

5. Fraud Prevention and Security
We reserve the right to:

request additional verification (ID, email confirmation, device confirmation),
temporarily suspend or cancel payments suspected of fraud,
block access in cases of suspicious activity.

Any attempt to dispute a legitimate charge through a bank (“friendly fraud”) may result in:

permanent account suspension,
legal claims for recovery of chargeback fees,
reporting fraudulent behavior to payment systems.

6. Subscriptions & Recurring Payments
Some products involve:

monthly
quarterly
or annual recurring payments.

By subscribing, you authorize automatic charges to your card or wallet until you cancel.
Already processed subscription payments are non-refundable.
Cancellation stops future charges only.

7. Crypto Payments — Special Rules
Crypto transactions must be sent:

to the correct address
via the correct blockchain
in the exact amount

Incorrect payments (wrong network, wrong token, underpayment, overpayment) cannot be corrected or refunded.
Blockchain transactions are publicly verifiable and serve as proof of payment.

8. Donations (Destream or PayPal Personal)
Donations are classified as non-refundable voluntary contributions.
By completing a donation, you confirm that:

you are not purchasing goods or services,
you waive any refund or chargeback rights.

9. Errors and Duplicate Payments
In case of:

double charge
payment system malfunction
technical error
duplicate transaction

you may request a review.
Refund for duplicates is possible only if access to content has not been provided yet.
Review timeframe: 7–20 business days, depending on the payment provider.

10. Refunds
Refunds are regulated strictly by the Refund Policy.
All sales are final.
Digital content, coaching, subscriptions, aesthetic art, and tickets are non-refundable.
